  • Q: What types of customized knitted fabric services do you offer?

    Answer: We provide one-stop customization for a full range of knitted fabrics, including conventional ones (single jersey, Roma knit, mesh, etc.), new specialties (cotton-cashmere, pure linen, etc.) and functional fabrics (PPT fiber memory fabrics), tailored to your requirements for material, weight, color, pattern and function, from R&D design to production and delivery.

  • Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for customized products?

    Answer: MOQ varies by fabric type and process complexity. It is 500-1000 meters per color for conventional fabrics, and negotiable for special functional fabrics or those with complex processes. We strive to meet small and medium-batch customization needs.

  • Q: What are the sample-making and production lead times for customized products?

    Answer: Sample-making takes 25  working days. Mass production lead time is 30 working days, adjusted by order volume, fabric process and scheduling. Rush orders are prioritized.

  • Q: What quality certifications do you hold, and which international standards do you comply with?

    Answer: We hold OEKO-TEX100, GRS, GOTS, OCS/RCS, RWS, Flocert (organic linen) certifications, as well as Inditex audit, SLCP and HIGG Index. Our products meet international quality and environmental standards (EU, USA, Japan, etc.) and national/industrial regulations.

  • Q: How do you ensure consistent quality across batches?

    Answer: We have a professional laboratory and implement full-process quality inspection (raw material warehousing, in-process inspection, finished product delivery). A comprehensive traceability system records raw material sources, production processes and inspection data, ensuring traceable quality and uniform specifications per batch.

  • Q: How do you handle product quality issues?

    Answer: If a quality issue is confirmed mutually, we will arrange re-inspection immediately. Solutions (replacement, replenishment, rework or refund) are offered based on severity, with full responsibility to protect your rights, adhering to our "customer satisfaction first" philosophy.

  • Q: What is your current production capacity? Can you handle large orders?

    With over 50 large circular knitting machines, 100+ employees and annual output value exceeding 200 million RMB, we have sufficient capacity for large orders, and can flexibly meet small/medium-batch needs with on-time delivery guaranteed.

  • Q: Is your raw material supply stable? How do you mitigate supply chain risks?

    Answer: We maintain long-term stable cooperation with core suppliers to ensure timely supply of cotton, polyester, spandex, etc. A diversified supplier strategy avoids single-source reliance, reducing risks (shortages, price hikes) and ensuring continuous production.

  • Q: Where are your products mainly sold? Do you support foreign trade cooperation?

    Answer: We focus on the high-end market, with products exported to Europe, America (USA, Italy, Germany), Southeast Asia, Japan, etc. We have rich foreign trade experience, offering international-standard products, documents, logistics support, and trade terms like FOB and CIF.

  • Q: What is your cooperation process?

    Answer: Cooperation process: Consultation → Demand Communication → Sample Confirmation → Contract Signing → Advance Payment → Mass Production → Quality Inspection → Final Payment → Delivery → After-sales Follow-up. A dedicated contact ensures efficient communication and smooth progress.

  • Q: Do you provide samples? How is the sample fee settled?

    Existing samples are free (freight borne by you). A sample fee applies to customized samples, which can be fully deducted from subsequent mass order payment or refunded. Terms are negotiable.

  • Q: What are your payment terms?

    Domestic cooperation: 30%-50% advance payment, balance settled before delivery or upon receipt (negotiated by cooperation duration and order amount). Foreign trade: Mainstream terms (T/T, L/C) with flexible negotiation based on cooperation.
